Each of the four rooms features king-size Hastens beds with natural Swedish materials, Italian linen, and pillow selection. GEORGE Restaurant Dining

GEORGE Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Lorenzo Loseto and included in Canada's Michelin Guide, offers à la carte tasting menus and Chef's Choice experiences.
