GEORGE Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Lorenzo Loseto and included in Canada's Michelin Guide, offers à la carte tasting menus and Chef's Choice experiences. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with a balcony overlooking the charming courtyard. The king-sized bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was luxurious with Bulgari toiletries and a variety of bath salts to choose from. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff going out of their way to make my stay special. The location was perfect, central to many attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience was convenient, although it could use a bit more variety. The facilities were excellent, enhancing my overall experience.
